This really helped with my nail growth.
I used to have really thin and brittle nails that always chip. Now they’re really strong, and I love it!
It did take about 2-3 weeks for it to work, but now it’s so worth it. What I don’t recommend is to use it as a base coat, because it tends to peel the next day, I don’t know why but it happened to me a few times.
